Honestly, the best & quickest maintenance team I have ever dealt with in an apartment. They came within the hour and fixed everything. The dishwasher still doesn’t dry the dishes but that’s not their fault. Everything was fixed so quickly. 10/10 recommend.

Alexis the leasing agent was amazing. She gave me a tour and helped me relocate from Las Vegas to Dallas on New Year’s Eve. I started my new year in a new city! Thank you Alexis for helping me with my new beautiful apartment at East Quarter Residence.

Michael and Luis from the maintenance team are phenomenal. Things are fixed quickly and well. They’ve been fast to respond and feeling comfortable going directly to maintenance for requests is such a bonus these days. I love not having to chase the building down for repairs or help.

My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half. We switched units and signed another 15 month lease. The leasing team made the process so incredibly easy. I love the building, the staff and the management. There is rarely turnover in those areas. The maintenance team works very hard at maintaining the building. Anytime I have ever needed anything, they are hospitable and attentive. Never experienced any weird security issues like other buildings in the area. The finishes are modern and luxurious, the pool and lounge/bar is amazing.
