These apartments need to be torn down. For months my aunt and kids have been getting sick in these apartments. All of a sudden they noticed mold. To top it off the ceiling fell. Is it fair that they have to pay to get a hotel room? I told her they need to sue to replace their belongings and other items. Ridiculous.

DAISY is absolutely amazing and understanding and does her absolute best to help you in whichever way possible. She truly does everything in her power to let you know she cares about her tenants! Been here for 5 years and I can wholeheartedly say she’s the best!

Hot water was out for a month, then when it came back the pressure was gone. They came to fix it. The job was never finished. He said he would be back the next day and never did. My shower still has an issue. Update: the water in my shower wouldn't turn off because they never came back. When they did they left a vise grip as my knob, said they would be back today to replace never came. My ac went out and my thermostat was reading 98 inside. They came to fix it and I received an invoice today for $350... I guess I was just supposed to NOT have air.

The worst conditions to live in. Management is terrible. They only care you pay them but not the living conditions they have. Even when you submit requests to get maintenance or someone to help you, no one goes and does something to fix anything. They take advantage of low income people and their need for a "roof" on their heads at a lower price, that costs more.
