Former resident. Here you get what you pay for—old apartments, outdated appliances, and constant ant problems. Predatory tow practices—they towed my car from my paid carport with no notice, even though leasing office had my car info. Staff were rude and didn’t care and never made things right with me! Tow yard was awful—no A/C, treated like garbage. Lost a day of work and $400 tow bill! Total scam. Avoid this place.

Towing is crazy! They only have one sign on one part of the entire complex that shows how guest need to park. Went to visit my brother and they towed our car within 15 minutes of arriving. Then had to pay an entire day of towing! Poor business practice! Put more signs up!

This apartment used to be orderly and the management cared about the environment of the apartment. But for some time now, they don't care about the surroundings of the apartment anymore. The trees that were broken from the previous storm and surrounded the parking lot are not collected. The entrance door has been broken for a long time and is not being repaired. All the apartments now have surveillance cameras for the safety of the residents, but this apartment did not have any cameras. The surrounding area does not have enough light at night and this has caused insecurity and violence with guns. It is not clear why this place is no longer handled.
