I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Los Altos. I have been a resident since the property first opened in 2019, and after six years of residency, I was offered a renewal rate that is over $200 higher than the current market rent. This is especially concerning given that there have been no upgrades made to my apartment during my tenancy, and I am still awaiting a response regarding a much-needed paint job. Communication from the leasing office has been consistently slow and inefficient. It often requires going in person to receive any response. I have sent multiple messages to both the property manager, Andrea, and the assistant manager, Tiffany, without timely follow-up. Additionally, when a new leasing team was brought on, there was no effort made to introduce themselves to existing residents. I had to initiate contact myself. On December 23, I spoke with the assistant manager regarding my upcoming January renewal and requested to negotiate the rate, as it did not align with market pricing. I was told corporate would be contacted. After sending a follow-up email with no response, I visited the office again and was informed that corporate declined to negotiate, stating my rent was “only increasing by $14,” which did not address the significant gap between my renewal rate and current market rent. As a long-term resident, I have been patient through numerous ongoing issues, including persistent dog barking, excessive noise during the summer pool season, and ongoing parking garage concerns. Given my tenure and these unresolved issues, the lack of consideration to negotiate was extremely disappointing. Due to this experience, I will be exploring other housing options and will not be renewing at this rate. It is unfortunate, as I would have preferred to continue living here, but long-term residents should feel valued—and in this case, I do not.

5-Star Review for Los Altos Trinity Green & Andrea (Property Manager) Moving into Los Altos Trinity Green has been a very positive experience for me, and a big part of that is thanks to Andrea, the new property manager. From the very beginning, she treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. She took the time to listen to my situation, communicate clearly, and go the extra mile with corporate so I could have the opportunity to call this place home. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents, not just about filling units. The community itself is beautiful: modern amenities, nice common areas, and a great location in the Trinity Groves area. The apartment layout is comfortable, the finishes are updated, and the property has a “new, urban” feel that I really like. What makes the difference, though, is having a manager like Andrea who is present, approachable, and solution-oriented. Any questions I’ve had, she has responded quickly and with a great attitude. I truly believe that with Andrea managing Los Altos Trinity Green, the community is moving in a very good direction. I’m grateful for the way she helped me through the process, and I’m happy to recommend this property to anyone looking for a place where management actually listens and tries to help.

Good view of the city. The interior is very nice, modern and classy. The gym has all the machines and equipment I need.

Really loved living here, maintenance responds quickly and both them and the office staff are kind and helpful. The amenities are great (nice pool, gym, small fenced dog park, and a large field in front of the apartments where dogs can play together in the evening) and the location of the apartment itself is so close to so many great areas of Dallas, and the prices of the units are more than fair considering all of that. I really had no complaints. And I moved out recently and just got an email from them that I’ll be receiving my deposit back, which is amazing. Even their move out process (when they stop making money off of you) is handled professionally.

The property has potential but unfortunately the office team is incompetent!! I had a tour scheduled a couple of days ago, went in for my tour, office was locked and the leasing was inside. She said she was new and she didn’t know anything because it was her first day! The other leasing showed up and asked me 4 times if I was sure I scheduled the tour there that maybe it was another property, didn’t give me property information, etc. I literally had to take the words out of their mouth for availability and pricing! In brief, ended up going on the tour with the new leasing agent and she was terrible! She looked like she did not want to be there, did the less honestly! When I asked her about the move in special she said, “idk I haven’t checked” . As a former property manager this is so mediocre customer service! Also she kept saying she didn’t know anything and the other girl would send me a follow up with more information. It’s been dayssss and haven’t heard back. Those ladies don’t want to work and lost a lease over terrible service. I don’t recommend!
