I can’t say enough great things about the new management company, Knightvest, and the office staff! In such a short amount of time, they’ve made an incredible difference in our community. From day one, they’ve been professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to improving the property. Communication has been clear and consistent, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. You can truly see the effort Knightvest is putting in to create a positive living environment for everyone. It’s refreshing to have a management team that listens, takes action, and follows through. The improvements they’ve made already speak volumes, and I’m excited to see the continued progress. Highly recommend Knightvest and truly appreciate all their hard work!

Don’t live here, they will say past residents are disgruntled or past ownership are the reasons for this property being lackluster. Do your self a favor don’t bother coming in here…or any of the other locations. And if your reading this and thinking about this place I’m sure you’ll see a response from ownership stating “we are sorry you feel this way” just like they did everyone else These are human lives they toy with asking for more money, weird transactions on your billing random charges and lack of communication is top tier. Save your sanity, stay away.

I never leave reviews but felt pulled to do this to recognize the improvements with the management change! They are so much sweeter, more helpful, and the office is actually open! I feel welcomed when coming into the office and not like I’m interrupting. Everything is so much cleaner and they have responded so fast to my maintenance issues that have been ignored by the prior management forever.

Worst experience I have ever had in renting, and I move just about every year. Once you try to leave, they will try to claim as much from your security deposit as possible, including basic wear and tear, paint cracks clearly from foundation settling, and things maintenance were responsible for. Front office is nonexistent - they would post on the door that they stepped out for 15 minutes and would just never come back for hours. Maintenance turnover is high so urgent things are slow to turnaround. AC was out for weeks and they were slow to fix it and offering no resolution or credit. Dog park is practically dirt and no one picks up poop. Pool is not in great shape either. Read the negative reviews and believe everything you read. Absolute worst place ever.

Knightvest came in and made a drastic improvement and lasting impression to my overall leasing experience. From Lonzo joining the property and bringing organization, a high level of customer service and an abundance of positive energy to Nancy from Knightvest home office providing an exceptional level of professionalism and leadership to ensure that my new home was perfect.
