Love living here no issues at all the office is super helpful they make it easy to communicate without having to come in person every time. I’m renewing for my 2nd yr Yuliana the manager has helped since I moved in . Quiet , friendly neighbors , quick maintenance , no pest problems, gym has good options. Just overall a nice place to be :)

Hello, I have lived at The arches at Park city’s apartment now, 2 1/2 yrs This is a wonderful place to live convenient near restaurants, shopping, love field, Sewell automotive I just wanted to say thank you to the many staff Members Karla M. Business manager Miguel maintenance Yuliana Leasing professional. All of these wonderful folks make living there such a joy. Their on top of their job, they do it very well! Recently had an maintenance request in And everything on the list was completed in one day. WioHoo I wanted to say Thank You for all your hard work!! The arches at Park city’s apartment are a wonderful place to live come and visit!! the corridors off of the parking garage needed a little attention! We’re absolutely in love with our new apartment! It’s incredibly spacious, and the kitchen is a dream come true for any chef or baker, with plenty of counter space. The office team made our move-in process smooth and kept us well-informed every step of the way. We encountered three minor issues upon moving in, once we submitted the requests, two were resolved in less than 24 hours, and the third within 48 hours—an impressive timeline, especially considering my background in construction. Both of my boys couldn’t wait to explore every corner of their new home. Even my older pup, who never relaxed on the floor at our previous place, is now happily sprawled out, ready to stretch in this one.

I have lived at the Arches for the last year and must say it is a clean, convenient, and enjoyable place to live. Every apartment complex has its own set of issues, but it’s how the management responds and corrects things that matters. The maintenace team is very friendly and responsive. The office team does a fantastic job at communicating and are all very friendly. Hats off to Kari, Monica, Marlo and the entire team for your excellent service and making this a great place to live. Happy resident here and highly recommend it.
