Wow! Claudia is a real game changer this past weekend after walking into her having 4 people waiting on her she never got overwhelmed or rude with anyone. We even left to continue our journey on apartment hunting and still made it back to see her and she was even more welcoming and super attentive to us. Thank you Claudia for all your help. Hope we make it and i get to continue to see you and get the amazing help you give being able to live there.

PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS The worst Place to rent they Will Tow your car even though your plates are registered in the website on the complex No direct communication with management and they Freely tell you that they don’t care about the towing fees with the Game of the new management they washed their hands on the Fees and the. tell you that They won’t honor the past management agreement when is a lease That Overpassed that ! Court fees and proof of Rental Agreement also proof that the car was parked there Since May and the towing company didn’t take it is enough proof for The court to Rule in favor and made them reimburse Your money. Yes apt 324 you guys have my info reach me at anytime

I don’t even know where to begin! I started not to give a review because I wanted to give this property a benefit of doubt! I’m a new tenant been in my apartment over a month now and some issues still not resolved and the communication has not been good! There is a leak in my bathroom that has been going on before I moved in water constantly on the floor where I have to wipe or soak up daily that’s coming from the toilet being not level messing up my flooring and causing a horrible smell! Was told by maintenance they can’t do the caulking until the leak issue is resolved! Also the flooring in the kitchen still not fixed where it’s ripped, washer/ dryer was taken out out of the apartment missing! Was told it was ordered and still do not have it! Again these are things that should have been fixed before I moved in and here we are it’s over a month and a few weeks now going into December now since October! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! I have been very patient as a new tenant! Issue not resolved and no communication as to when these issues will be fixed. I don’t need I’m sorry or apologies! I need them fixed and I just paid my rent!

Absolutely love this community. Brionna, the leasing team and maintenance staff are all super focused on addressing everyone's concerns. It's the best value in the area for the pricing, by far! Love the new gym!
