Antonio is one of the friendliest people I've met in a while. I definitely recommend a tour of the facility with him. Very thorough tour and nicely renovated units that include washer/dryer or hookups. The property looks clean and well taken care of with great amenities. If I end up applying at this property, I will update my review with more info.

Justin is an asset to your company. He is so kind and knows his job very well. He always has been able to answer any questions I may have. He helped me with my rent payment and I appreciate his help so much. This young man is the best. Merrell Airhart Apt.926

I had the worst experience living at this apartment complex. On July 28th, a fire broke out in Building 8 — the third fire in a year, according to neighbors. The fire department had to break down my door, and after that, my apartment was filled with heavy smoke. Management gave me the runaround when I requested a transfer to a safe, clean unit. Then, on August 30th, my apartment was broken into in broad daylight. Most of my belongings were stolen. When I reported it, management’s response was basically: “no one else reported issues, so there’s nothing we can do.” No support, no concern for residents’ safety. On top of that, they tried to charge me $300–$500 just to transfer to another unit, even after these incidents. And when I decided not to renew, they told me I’d be charged for not giving 60 days’ notice. Completely unreasonable. This place is unsafe, poorly managed, and they only care about money — not residents. Stay away from this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at “The place” has been one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had. There is no safety when it comes to these apartments. The daily gunshots in the parking lot, constant police activity, and multiple break-ins, including to the mailroom, where residents’ mail was stolen. On top of the crime, the property is simply not maintained. There have been fires in the apartment complex, and instead of addressing residents’ safety concerns, management does the bare minimum. The unit I lived in had a roach infestation, repeated A/C breakdowns, and constant emergency and non-emergency maintenance issues that were never permanently fixed. My apartment even flooded 3 times in one week. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is unsafe, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the rent.

My experience here has been nothing short of exhausting. I moved in over a month ago and immediately reported several serious maintenance and safety issues—including water leaks, exposed holes in the walls, and now what appears to be an active rodent problem. Despite multiple emails, photos, and in-person visits to the office, the property manager has consistently failed to respond or take accountability. Maintenance staff have admitted they were never informed of the full scope of the problems. Meanwhile, I’m still living in unsafe, unsanitary conditions—six weeks after moving in. There’s been no transparency regarding my rent ledger, no updates on promised credits, and no formal communication from the manager regarding what’s being done to fix the issues. I’ve escalated this to corporate and regional leadership, and even sent documentation to tenant rights organizations. It should not take this level of effort to get basic habitability respected. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly urge you to think twice. I would not recommend this property until there is a complete overhaul in how they handle tenant concerns. The property manager does not abide by their policy, and or mission regarding tenants.
