Been here for 3 years and I've honestly never had any complaints or major issues. Whenever I have maintenance issues I greatly appreciate Milton and his team for all the help and easy process things have been especially.

I moved into my apartment on March 30th, and it’s been a painful and frustrating experience from day one. On my very first night, the fire alarm started chirping at midnight. I couldn’t sleep until maintenance arrived around 2 a.m.—not exactly the welcome I expected. The next day, I discovered the refrigerator wasn’t working at all, and some of my food spoiled as a result. That same day, during my first shower, I realized the shower wasn’t functioning properly and the showerhead was dirty. Just a few days later, I tried to use the dishwasher for the first time, only to find out it didn’t work either. I’ve had to submit maintenance requests for all of these issues. While I understand there is a move-in inspection form, it’s very concerning that essential appliances were not functional before I even moved in. Even after the dishwasher was supposedly fixed, it stopped working again after just one use. I’ve now had to submit a second maintenance request for the same issue. On May 16th, I encountered a snake inside the building, which was honestly terrifying. While I later learned it belonged to another tenant, it was still a very unsettling experience. And now, I’ve just lost power in my unit again. There is no power in my unit as I’m writing this. Overall, the number of issues I’ve faced since moving in has been unacceptable. Despite all of this, I have not received any form of compensation or meaningful resolution to make up for the ongoing inconvenience. I expected far better living conditions and management responsiveness than what I’ve experienced so far.
