Prospective tenants should carefully consider my experience before signing a lease with this property. Throughout my residency, management has repeatedly entered my apartment without my consent and without honoring my requests to be present during scheduled visits. This ongoing disregard for tenant privacy has created significant frustration and concern. In addition, I have submitted maintenance requests for the same issue over the past three years, yet the problem remains unresolved. Repeated follow-ups have produced little to no action. Communication from management has been disappointing and unprofessional. Rather than prioritizing resident concerns and resolving legitimate issues, management frequently focuses on issuing warnings and threatening fines. The promises made during the leasing process have not aligned with my actual experience as a resident. I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to thoroughly review the lease agreement, document all communication in writing, and ask detailed questions about maintenance response times and the property's policies regarding apartment entry. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend living here. I am counting down the days until my lease ends and hope future residents are better informed than I was.

How times have changed in just 9 months. When I first arrived I was greeted by the lovely staff and was all smiles about the move then slowly but surely it became one thing after the next. Lazy maintenance staff being one of the most prominent. When I first moved into my unit it was not prepared the day of my move in. The Refrigerator was disgusting and filthy, there was a strong pungent chemical odor from the bathtub that was primed seemingly the same day that overtook the entire unit. They had to rush someone in to clean while I was moving in!!!! I look past all of these red herrings and tell myself it will get better with time. Boy was I wrong. From gun shots and loud cars and buses speeding down a pothole ridden street, people yelling outside your window at all hours of the night, to the most random change in management with a company that fires from the hip and lets residents sort everything out after the fact. This place has gotten progressively worse with time. Yesterday, I was awoken to the sounds of construction on the roof at 7 AM for shingle replacements. Mind you I got no notice of the work being performed beforehand to my building and work from home which I regularly attend meetings. In fact I only got a notice today for the adjoining buildings work, no doubt after backlash from other residents who were caught off guard by the noise from days prior. Then enter today, we were forced to change to digital locks managed by the property which they control access to your code which you can not custom set. And as they are rolling this out, the app that controls the locks is down. On the first day. I CANNOT wait for my lease to end in a couple months. Do not move here unless you want to be inconvenienced on the regular with people who could care less about your experience ================================ UPDATE 6/4! After surviving the last fiasco and having gotten help with the issue from the awesome property manager. I tried to be mature and go against my typical instincts of not giving second chances and signed another lease. 4. Days. In. I wake up today to a loud bang just outside the wall of my unit. I check the peephole and see the “maintenance”staff working on the neighbors unit. No biggie. Walk away and out if curiosity come back to see what’s going on. These people were dumping the waste water of the neighbors dishwasher ONTO MY $100+ doormat! I immediately confronted the four eyed S.O.B. doing the deed who immediately proceeds to profusely lie to my face and say it’s not dishwater. Then after seeing I wasn’t buying the story he claimed he would have the rug cleaned. Then he fled in a panic and ran to a coworker who simply wrang the water out, placed it back in place still wet, RIGHT IN FROMT OF MY DOOR FOR SOMEONE TO SLIP AND FALL. Him and his coworker ran with the neighbors dishwasher so fast they left a large pool of water that also is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Calling the maintenance staff here scum of the earth would be an insult to the scum of the earth. Don’t be naive like I was people. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
