If I were to be asked to recommend Forum, I would not. Over the past three months, me and my roommates have put in over 5+ maintenance requests for the AC to be fix and has yet to run properly. Maintenance is clearly not diagnosing the problem correctly nor showing the professionalism to get the job fixed. This causes financial burden since we as residents now have to use more electricity to keep the unit at a manageable temperature to live in. If maintenance would be transparent about the issue and what was fixed that would help as well. For example, on the when they recently addressed the AC problem they said that “the coil was changed, and your unit should now reach the set temperature.” They failed to mention how long it would take for the apartment to cooldown (now being more than 24+ hours) or what coil was exactly changed. The Forum management either does not care about its residents or does not have the proper leadership to run the property. Regardless, if you’re looking for an apartment to live and you thought it was Forum, go to a different apartment.

I have really enjoyed my experience here at the forum Denton. I live in a 1 bedroom and 1 bath and all of my issues have been addressed very quickly (within one day). I would recommend this apartments to anyone looking for a fair priced apartment with luxury feels.

It is a nice place to stay as a student. They are always having fun and interactive events and they are reasonable in pricing as well. The staff is helpful and nice. The maintenance team is relatively fast and efficient.

Do not relet here. I took over a lease last week. Unit I am renting was filthy. I have spent over a week deep cleaning it. Tons of trash, dirt and hair. Toilet bowl, face bowl, tub ALL FILTHY AND GROSS. Went to the office on SAME DAY day only to be told since it's a relet it is in As IS condition. And claim they couldn't see the pictures I emailed them. They also wouldn't confirm if they charged the prior person $260 cleaning fee as they did not hire professional cleaning. No walk through or deep cleaning is done when people move out. Two days AFTER moving in they requested an move in inspection? Which is confusing since relet is AS IS. My roommates are good. AFTER I have deep cleaned my unit, it's liveable. Internet works good as I work remotely. Glad it's only a 6 months lease. But, I honestly can't recommend this place to anyone.

I got shot at while living at room 4112 at The Forum; North Texas Daily wrote an article about in on Apr 12, 2016. Basically, it was a drug deal gone wrong with the dude being robbed standing in front of my window and the guy had a sawed off double-barrel shotgun in the parking lot. I was standing behind the window at the time it was shot, luckily the guy was using birdshot which flattened on the first window pane otherwise I would be dead. Of course only my car and window were the ones injured in the shooting. Also lived right next to a train track, but somehow it actually didn't bother me.
