Heritage Oaks Apartments

I am looking for senior living and this apartment complex came highly recommended. And when I visited to put in my application I noticed that there is a keen sense of community everyone was very kind and welcoming. I look forward to a call back when a unit is available. Charla was awesome!

I would write a long review about my terrible experience living at heritage heights. But I’ll make it short and stay to the important details. For one the major an middle age who’s lady named Judy I believe was amongst the most unprofessional and arrogant people I have ever had to deal with. Never once wore we a problem tenant but every time I needed assistance or had a question and the manger had to be the one to help was never a good conversation. The place of living isn’t to and minus the occasional roach that says hi to you! You do t have parking in front of your townhome because the owner didn’t buy out the parking lot when buying the apt! So you have a walk to your place of living as well. And god forbid you ask them for your down payment back, was a whole hassle where I had to send over a legal document DEMNADING my deposit back because the manger sent it to the wrong address out of state! And didn’t even have the balls to admit her mistake when it was clearly in emails Would give this place a 0/5 if possible due to having to deal with people that don’t have common respect.

I love it here it's peaceful quiet. The residents that are here are friendly helping and pleasant sure you're going to have noise but that's anywhere but for the most part it's nice and quiet and scenic than tranquil I love it. And Natasha 0ne of the leasing agents is an excellent representative of how the apartment complex should be run she's on point go girl 😁

Nice place for seniors to live. It is quiet but the people are nosy.
