This is a newer apartment building that is very nice. it is not too big so you can actually get to know who your neighbors are. It feels very safe here. The rent is very reasonable and the new management are doing a much better job than what was done by prior management. This is an excellent place to call home.

Samantha has been an absolute doll helping me get approved and get everything in order for my very first own place! If you don’t think you will qualify, it’s worth at least talking to Samantha because she has been nothing but helpful and kind. I am so beyond excited for my new apartment.

I’ve lived here over a year and management had changed a few times and I can say Samantha is a breath of fresh air. She is so helpful, extremely understanding if you communicate issues, prompt at her responses, and make you feel like you’re in good hands. So thankful for her ❤️

Honestly, I’ve really loved living here. The staff is super friendly and actually helpful—they get things done fast and are easy to talk to, especially Samantha! The whole place is always clean and well taken care of, which I appreciate a lot. My apartment is comfortable, quiet, and has everything I need. The natural light is awesome, and I never hear my neighbors. The amenities are a huge plus too—the gym is solid, the pool is always clean, and the community areas are great for hanging out or getting work done. The vibe here is just… nice. Neighbors are chill, the community feels safe, and the events they put on are actually fun. It feels more like a little neighborhood than an apartment complex. If you’re looking for a place that’s easy, comfortable, and well-run, this is it. Definitely recommend!

Me and my wife have been living here since March and we’ve had an ongoing problem with the air-conditioning going out every single month. It’s been dreadful nights Of straight heat, they always come and fix it, but the issue always persist at this point. I’m genuinely looking into a discount of my rent due to the fact that the air keeps going out. I just seen them replace a whole new AC for Another unit, but can’t replace mine. It makes no sense Please, if you’re seriously thinking about living here because of the price, I completely understand, but make sure you file as much as complaints as you can to get all of your issues fixed. The leasing managers will work with you. I’ll give them that, but for the problems here it is a big issue and there are always bugs and there’s roaches that sit outside dead on the floor we have only seen pest control once since we lived here But that doesn’t really do anything because they come right back. I don’t believe anybody in this complex is dirty enough to have roaches in their apartment but genuinely it makes no sense I’m gonna crash out if my air doesn’t get fixed and it keeps happening, I’ll throw all of my money away in this apartment just to have a roof over my head and at this point they’re gonna make me boycott my rent payments until they fix every issue because why do I keep paying almost $ 1600-$1700 a month just for my air to keep going out And also me and my wife keep our apartment clean to the tea. Bugs are a no no, so I don’t understand. Why do I keep seeing a roach and I’m calling the phone and we’re getting an answer from the AI named “REMI “who can barely answer questions for real with fake people working in the background making it sound like it’s a full office but there ain’t even an office here. It’s an apartment room and all we have is a dog park, which is barely a dog park
