They are very small apartments.

Zero stars they do not explain the process and they don't tell you about not returning the deposit. Also I got a different price for the studio I got quoted different prices. Smells horrible when you walk in and parking is also bad. I am glad I am not going to live here.

I had a delivery thereIt was terrible place couldn't find the entrance to the middle of upper building went on all floors traying to find apt 215. There was nobody to ask for directions knocked on several apartments with no luck to ask for help. They should have signs on how to get around the building.

This place is too close to UTEP. However, the management is too much awful. In summer of 2016, this building had serious problems of power outage and water outage. We have to stay without water for a week (water was available from 9 am to 8pm only). After that, we were out of power for two days. They kept on saying the power will be restored the next day. After 2 days, they issued notice to all tenant at 2 pm saying leave building by 5 pm on the same day. They asked us one month notice before we leave; but they just provided 3 hr notice (seriously true). Think yourself how these people are.
