I live in Building 7 at Shadow Ridge and I love it here! I’m really happy with how beautiful and comfortable the apartments are. The community is peaceful and well maintained, and I’m especially impressed with how nice and clean the pools always look. Maintenance is excellent, especially César. He’s friendly, works fast, and always gets the job done right. The office staff is also very welcoming, helpful, and professional. Great place to live. Highly recommend!

Been here about a year and its ok. Pools get closed at weird times without any warning, lots of stray cats always taking a dump, weed smoking neighbors, the gym is very small and has old equipment. But its cheap and they responded to my maintenance requests extremely fast. Also no surprises with any bills at all during my time. I pay about 1000$ for the 550 sq ft including amenities.

Would not recommend this place. The prices are way too high for nothing. Most of our outlets don’t hold anything and if they do the top or bottom plug doesn’t work. Everything is cheaply made and they don’t fix anything. The maintenance men pretend there doing something just so they can say they’ve did it I had mold and they told me it was just cracks from the building settling. Got a lease violation for writing a note to the upstairs neighbor for being to loud after complaining 3 separate times and the front office lady claimed she had no recollection of me calling. The front desk lady’s have no clue in the world what they are doing I believe they were just hired because they constantly have cleavage showing. There’s obvious water damage on our walls and they say they’ll see about it and never do anything but paint over it. The blinds brake if you touch them. We were missing a cabinet handle when we moved in and couldn’t even open our laundry room because of the fridge so we had to move it over to be able to open it there’s chips and knicks in all the walls and most our drawers are broken. The tub constantly drips to the point mildew/mold grows and I had complained 3-4 times and they never fixed it. When we moved in our shower didn’t even turn on. Our door was also falling off the hinges when we moved in. There’s a million more things I could go on about but you get the point.. would never recommend this place to someone and if you think it’s a great place to move it’s not.

Renewal rate is more expensive than current market rate. It seems this Apt just want to have new tenants and no interest to keep the current tenant. Don't think I will renew another lease again. Updated: I did bring up this ridiculous practice your company used before the renewal, but the leasing office didn't seem to care and insisted the renewal rate is what it is and can't match with the current lower market rate Another update: This apartment is old and has a lot of issues. Just had a lot of waters dripping from the AC to the floor and called the emergency maintenance and after 3-4 calls, finally someone picked up. Instead of coming to fix the issue, the guy asked me to get the bucket in the middle of night and told me to just let the water dripping the whole night and don't even care if it is going to flood the apartment. Worse apartment ever. Don't rent it. You will regret. Another update: Made a big mess again after trying to fix the leaking and we have to clean up after them. The apt is very old. These are the 3rd of 4th times of bathroom leaking.

When we arrived to rent, we liked how nice it looked, and the decision to open was based on the amenities. We were told the gym was open 24 hours a day, which isn't true. Its hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m Sometimes I can get in earlier if there are employees in the office area. They say they close because people go swimming at other times. The solution is to put up an extra fence so we can use the gym whenever we want. Now we can't use the gym either because it doesn't have separate access, only through the pool door. In my opinion, the management is very poor. And the cleanliness of the common areas isn't the best; it's been like this for three days. There are two pools, neither of us can use, it's hot, and the kids are locked in the apartment. They only give excuses instead of solutions.
