My husband and I moved here in August, and we love our apartment. The management and maintenance teams are amazing and so helpful. Our move in was smooth, and they helped us every step of the way. Our neighbors are very respectful of the quiet policies, and we are really enjoying our time here. If something needs attention, the staff is very responsive and thorough. We appreciate all the staff does. They work very hard.

I have lived here for 2 years and love the community. Management and maintenance are amazing. They are very professional and attentive to problems . Maintenance response time is very high priority.

I lived at Sunset at Sandstone Ranch Apartment Homes, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff has been. When I was in the process of trying to buy a house, I needed certain records from the office and felt completely stuck. That’s when Arlene stepped in and went above and beyond to help me. She made sure I had everything I needed, walked me through the process, and truly lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. The apartments are beautiful and the community is well-kept, but what makes this place truly special is people like Arlene. She treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care at a time when I needed it most. Thanks to her, I was able to move forward with my plans to buy a home, and I’m very grateful for her support. Thank you, Arlene, for everything—you made a real difference.
