I recently just moved out from living here for a year with my family and it was honestly the worst experience. I lived in the back apartment building P #309, fyi for potential future tenants interested in renting here I beg you not to especially this apt! The upstairs neighbors have two small pugs that always bark and their owners wash off their feces from their patio and it gets washed down to our patio and side walk. We complained to the office about it and they new about because apparently we were not the only ones and they couldn’t do any thing about it. Yet we got a letter to not have a bin outside or we would be fined. That isn’t even the worst thing, the building is infested with wood lice. I’m sure the wood in there is moisture either only in that apartment or the building. First moving in staying there a couple of weeks we had spiders aunts and the wood lice, I complained and they said they would send pest control sooner.my self and my son got bit and I know it was not mosquitoes .I have lived in apartments before and I know whenever pest control would come they would leave a note saying how they sprayed or the office send out an email but in this case that only happened 3 times in the year we lived there. I even purchased a camera to prove that I was right and pest control never went in. Another thing is we had a huge electric bill that was around 700$ I believe which is ridiculous! Our a/c wasn’t cooling so the people they hire kept “working on it, and fixed it” literally for about a month I saw on the camera I purchased they would sit on our couch. It supposedly was fixed but kept leaking to where we had our whole floor wet and since it wasn’t fixed properly as they said our ac kept trying to cool even though it didn’t so it ran up our bill. We complained and demanded to break lease or at least move to a different apartment and they denied they were no help. The guy and woman in the office are extremely nice so I know they were just the messengers of the manager who we never got to meet or speak to she always denied. Thanks for nothing ! The second pool by our apartment never got cleaned too btw! Let see what else, the flooring on apartment was lifted. Whenever it rained it sucked because the side walk would get completely flooded it was impossible to walk through, we’d have to walk around to get to our door. Little by little everything was falling apart there. Living there for a couple of days the paint started to come off in the bathtubs. I’m sure the carpet hasn’t been cleaned or changed bc of how ugly it felt, I never once was able to comfortably lay on the floor bc I was afraid of the wood lice. Pls pls save your money and avoid living here. I know I’m traumatized , now living in my new apartment I am constantly looking for bugs or something that’s going to break when everything is actually fine here. I will be providing pictures. I posted awhile after leaving in case they wanted to charge us extra or not give our deposit back. I will make another post on my boyfriends to add more pictures

(Not a new review, just wanted to update it so it doesn’t lose relevance. I moved out 6 yrs ago and still horrified) The staff and management have a terrible attitude. Sure, they’re nice at the beginning when you’re about to move in, they kind of have to be. But once you’re actually living there, you feel like a burden. I remember going into the leasing office over and over again because they wouldn’t fix my AC in the middle of the summer. Every time they saw me, they would roll their eyes. It felt like they were annoyed that I was even asking. They kept saying they were “super busy” and that I wasn’t the only one dealing with issues. At some point, it honestly felt like they were dragging it out on purpose. What was I supposed to do, just sit there in the heat? Nothing in my apartment worked the way it should. My AC didn’t work at all from June through July. I only had hot water in the shower, even during the summer. I also had water issues the entire time I lived there, and my water bills were ridiculously high, like what you’d expect from a house with six people. I had a really disruptive neighbor upstairs. His kids would be running and jumping nonstop from 6 a.m. to midnight on weekends. I went to management hoping they would handle it professionally, but they didn’t take it seriously and nothing changed. If anything, it got worse after I reported it. Living there became really stressful. It felt like they didn’t care whether you were comfortable or not, as long as rent was paid. Their communication system doesn’t work. They put paper notices on doors to say they were going to paint the buildings and that we shouldn’t park nearby. I never got any emails about it. My notice must have fallen off, so I had no idea. The next day, I saw they had started painting right next to my car, using spray paint on a windy day. No one bothered to check whose car it was or give me a heads-up. I could keep going with more stories like this. I know not everyone has the same experience, but this was mine. They create problems instead of solving them, and they don’t seem to care about basic needs or how they treat people. My experience there was honestly awful. One thing I regret is not speaking up more about what I needed and what I was paying for. I held back because they couldn’t even handle the basics, and I didn’t want to make things worse. Looking back, I should have been more direct.
