The staff are truly wonderful—kind, attentive, and always available to answer any questions. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views that make it a pleasure to spend time there. My favorite feature is the pool, which is a perfect spot to relax and socialize, especially during the summer months. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay and enjoy.

Absolutely do not make the mistake and sign a contract to live here! This is a nightmare of a place and you will not have peace of mind. Fake smiles and fake kindness from the staff. The maintenance guys will stalk you the guys that clean the grounds will blow debris into your paid parked vehicle parking. The apartments are paperthin and they do not care about upstairs neighbors being loud at all even with multiple police calls. By the way, the pool has never been open.!!! Windows are not sealed and shake in the wind. Super hot in the summer and super cold in the winter. Yes, it is close to the mountain and you get to see pretty views, but it is not worth the headache you will have. When you come home, you want peace and a nice place to live and this is not one of them. Trash piles up at the complex. Not to mention water shuts off constantly, have fun showering!!

Very disappointing. The property itself is beautiful, but the management experience has been one of the worst I’ve had living in apartment complexes. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Emails go unanswered, it’s extremely difficult to get a response, and mystery charges keep appearing on the account with no clear explanation. On top of that, the pool does not work, even though it’s advertised as one of the main amenities. When you try to get help, Raymon and Ivette never follow up or provide solutions. It’s a shame because this place has so much potential. However, as long as Haley Companies continues managing it without efficient staff or accountability, the experience for residents will continue to be very poor. Residents deserve transparency and basic customer service.

The Point Departments provide excellent service and support. The staff is professional, helpful, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Everything is well organized, and the process is smooth and efficient. I appreciate how responsive and respectful they are. Overall, it’s a great experience working with them.

I truly enjoyed the two years I lived here. Ray and Yvette were incredibly kind to me from day one. They were always patient, answered all of my questions, and consistently went out of their way to help me. My experience here was truly unforgettable. Even though I was going through a difficult time in my life, I spent some of my most peaceful days here, away from the city traffic and noise. The view from my apartment was absolutely breathtaking. I genuinely loved living here. Life is taking me in a different direction now, but if I could, I would choose to live here forever. Without a doubt, it was the best experience.
