I went here today, when I entered the lady looked at me and turned back around as if she didnt see me. She didn't greet me at all. I walked up her to ask to tour an apartment and she said she could but her and her co-worker had weird looks on their faces. I went out to get my license and the maintenance guy can out to me to tell me to move my car so it wouldn't be towed which isnt possible because I had someone in the car. I didnt park in an actual spot because I wanted to make sure I could tour before parking way up the street and getting my husband and baby out the car. They way the office sit and parking isnt an easy entrance. They also didnt answer the phone when I called so I had no choice but to go in to make sure I could tour. After the weird uncomfortable energy I just chose to leave. They made me feel so out of place. It was very awkward. I ended up going across the street to "The trails at summer creek" and they were so much nicer, welcoming and they have a great property. First impressions are everything and I could tell by they way they were in 10 minutes of interaction at Cortland Chisholm Trail it wouldn't be a good fit for me. Im not the only one. Someone else told me they had a bad experience here while apartment hunting in this area.

When we toured these apartments, Tiara was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. During the tour, she went above and beyond by even taking time to play with my son, which made me feel very welcome. She made the entire visit feel effortless and comfortable, and her friendly conversation helped us get to know her while she got to know us. Tiara was amazing, and she made our experience truly enjoyable!

Edit: My recommendation, entry into specific gates needs to be key entry only. It does not make any sense that gate access is code entry when clearly anyone can just share the code. It also doesn’t make sense to have gates when you leave one side wide open for days at a time every other week. Inexcusable, make it make sense. Rent here is too high for amenities to be abused by nonresidents every other week. If you’re a resident living here and aren’t going to abide by the rules, then actions should be taken to have these people removed. It is Monday night, 9PM, and there is a large crowd of people using the pool, which isn’t even supposed to be in use on this day. These people don’t even live here. They’re being unnecessarily loud and there’s cars driving loudly in and out of the parking lot. There’s cameras all around the office area and the pool, so hopefully they’ll be utilized.

Go somewhere else. We went through a furnished apt site that is on this property. The apt upon arrival wasn't repainted, dirty pillows cases and soiled bed. They won't allow you to see the apt before moving in. I can see why. Big crack in the ceiling . Pest issues. One must go through your off site manager. Who communates w you when they want. I'm told they respond to texts but received a, service is temporarily unavailable and to try again later?! We pay up front for service and get treated like step children. You can't access the Amazon lockers unless you get the off site manager to get it for you. Which can take days. This communities management refuses to acknowledge you unless your one of their residents. So you're stuck w not having any access to your packages unless you contact the off site manager. The front staff are friendly but once again, they tell you to go to the off site manager. That Cortland doesn't recognize us as a resident so no access to packages through them. I'm beyond disgusted and can't wait to leave!!
