I’ve been living at cottages for 3 years, and I love it. Vanessa at Cottages at Summer Creek is amazing! She’s always so sweet, helpful, and professional. She made everything easy and was there whenever I had questions. You can tell she truly cares. Definitely a 10/10 experience thank you, Vanessa! 💕

Took too long to repair minor issues.

ROACH PROBLEM!! The roach issue here is absolutely insane. I am an EXTREMELY clean person and deep clean my apartment every two weeks, yet the problem is still out of control. Management seriously needs to do something about it and get someone out here to spray because this is beyond ridiculous. On another note, the parking here is A**. Every unit gets one reserved parking spot, but mine is all the way across the complex and nowhere near my actual apartment. On top of that, there simply aren’t enough parking spaces for the number of residents living here. Parking is a nightmare. The worst part is that parking rules and violations are not enforced. I get home very late from work and am often forced to park outside the complex. I do not feel safe walking back to my apartment alone at night, which is especially frustrating considering we pay to live in a “gated” community. Meanwhile, the gate has been broken for over two months and stays open 24/7. And if safety wasn’t already a concern, there was literally a shooting here less than a week ago that stemmed from teenagers throwing an unauthorized pool party. Incidents like that only make residents feel even more unsafe, especially when basic security measures like a functioning gate aren’t being maintained. Overall, these issues have been ongoing and need to be addressed immediately.
