It’s Tuesday and no one is down stairs in the office. No one is ever here anymore. Last week I didn’t see anyone downstairs until Friday. How are we suppose to get help with anything if no one is ever around? They say office hours are Tuesday to Saturday and that’s not true no one is ever here. The hours need to be changed. UPDATE 6/10/26: Also it’s extremely frustrating that you suggest to call or send emails but no one responds to those either. I’m currently dealing with an AC issue and the lack of communication is infuriating. When I returned to the apartment tonight I found a AC/dehumidifier in the bedroom and my personal items shuffled around. I asked to be notified if someone was coming for the SECOND time and no one notified me. There was no email to update me on what the status is I just come back to the apartment to see things have been moved and zero answers. I have a niece with severe special needs that stays with me occasionally and I need to be notified when someone is entering my unit. Things used to be different around here. I renewed for a 2nd year and I’m starting to regret that decision.

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I absolutely love this apartment complex. I can’t recommend a better place to live here in Fort Worth. Great community and amazing location.

I’ve lived here for over two years. It was great at first but management has changed several times. I can barely get them to respond to emails and had to resort to ccing the regional manager to get a response.. The gates are always broken. One of the gates has been broken for over a month with very little communication. They redid the flooring in the lobby and blocked access to the entrance and only elevator for over 12 hours without an email notice. They then redid the elevator flooring and we weren’t able to use the elevator this week for most of the day without any notice. I emailed regarding the original elevator closure with no response. My actual apartment unit is great and the building is in a great location, but communication is terrible. There are people of all ages and mobility levels, along with pets with mobility issues, that are affected by their decisions and poor communication and management.

The apartments on Highland on Magnolia are beautiful--tall ceilings and great lighting inside the units. Also, the location is a great one--right next door to many wonderful coffee and tea shops including Leaves Bakery which is a bakery, tea shop and book store. Very safe neighborhood. Also, Eveliz is just incredible to work with--if you have anything you need to talk to her about regrading the property, she's incredibly warm, responsive and caring. And Lee who overseas all things maintenance is just a very hard worker and kind as well. Wonderful team and great location in Ft. Worth!
