I've been here a few years and I've always enjoyed living here. From close proximity to restaurants, downtown, the beautiful renovated park is just to name a few. Most importantly, how safe I feel with the community. As a veteran with PTSD, feeling safe is of the utmost importance and having those around you that provide that level of care. Life experiences put two individuals in my life who showed me that no matter who you are, they honestly care about the welfare of their tenants. Kim Flores and Victor Argueta are the most amazing people that you would ever want to meet and are top tier. If you are looking for a community that has amazing staff and beautiful facilities, make this your next home 🙏🏾

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Three months ago, I toured and signed a lease for a specific floor plan and unit layout. I was assured that the apartment I was leasing would be the one I toured and agreed to rent. However, when I arrived to pick up my keys, I was informed that the apartment I had signed for was not actually available and that they were planning to place me in a completely different unit—a handicap-accessible apartment that I had never agreed to lease. To make matters worse, Josh, the leasing agent, was aware of the issue at 10:00 AM the morning of my move-in but failed to notify me before I arrived at 3:00 PM. Instead, I had to discover the problem myself after showing up ready to move into the apartment I had been expecting for months. I find it hard to understand how such a significant discrepancy wasn’t communicated, especially when there were several hours to contact me before I arrived. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that the floor plan I originally wanted could be available on July 4th, but at a significantly higher rental rate. In other words, after the property’s mistake, my options were either to accept an apartment I never agreed to lease or pay substantially more for the unit I was originally promised. The lack of communication, accountability, and transparency throughout this process was incredibly disappointing. Moving is stressful enough without finding out on move-in day that the apartment you’ve been planning for months is no longer the one you’re getting. I hope management takes steps to improve communication and ensure future residents are treated with more honesty and professionalism.

This apartment complex Luxia River East changes their customer portals, ways to pay rent and management so much and expects people to keep up when people have jobs and lives. We’ve had our vehicles towed 2 times since living here, the first one WAS registered but because they changed the site they use they did not transfer that info $350 later, my mother in laws truck got towed being here 1 day in a visitors space another $320 gone. VICTOR the manager wouldn’t even take my call or offer to help, even if it was $50 anything to showed he cared about this being the 2nd time we renewed our lease and always pay on time and 2nd time our car gets towed. We’re moving out as soon as possible this staff does not care about you but will cost you $$$$ every chance they get.
