Excellent service nothing less. Alice Rodgers was wonderful. She was on time with the walk-through from the very beginning With juggling to other customers at one time. She Assisted me over the weekend and verifyfast Completed the background check within three working days. Kudos to Alice please keep that young lady around.

Think twice before believing their perfectly polished promises, they’re trained to sell illusions, not deliver solutions. Think twice before signing anything, because once your signature is on paper, you’re no longer a valued “future resident,” you’re just a trapped account number. Think twice before making any payment, refunds and accountability are mythical creatures here. Think twice before accepting the keys, they’re not keys to a home, they’re shackles to a headache. Think twice before signing their “acceptance” forms, they accept your money far more eagerly than they accept responsibility. And if you still choose to ignore these warnings, then may God be your legal counsel, emotional support, and financial recovery plan, because you’ll need all three. They will commit, overcommit, and promise the moon until your money clears. After that, their favorite word becomes “policy,” and their favorite move is disappearing behind polite emails and delayed responses. Maxwell Apartments isn’t just mismanaged, it’s an art form in how to legally rob people with a smile. Consider this your warning label before you buy into the pretty brochure. I've lived a lot of places and I can say that Maxwell is by far the best experience I've had with a management/maintenance team. They are responsive at all hours of the day and are always going above and beyond to make sure my family and I stay satisfied. You will feel right at home here. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Moved into this community a few months ago. I’ve had very, very bad experiences in the past with numerous complexes within the area, and this price range. This community and staff are beyond incredible, especially for the price, this complex has definitely met my expectations (which are high, balling on a budget, but very pleased). Any concern that I’ve had and addressed with the staff and/or management, we’re immediately addressed within a timely manner. 10 out of 10. I couldn’t recommend a better place to call home. Especially for a 1 bedroom apartment in the area for $1200. Not to mention, the layouts are incredible and in select units offer vaulted ceilings. Thank you Maxwell, and your incredible staff. 🤍

If I had the option for no stars that would be my choice. To begin Cari and Amy in the office are the sweetest but it’s not enough! I moved 16hrs from Florida to Texas the unit I applied for was NOTHING of what’s online. Neighborhood is not clean doesn’t look safe I would NOT recommend. The apartment had bugs broken appliances chewed up base boards from previous tenants. It was a NIGHTMARE!!! When I attempted to report my issues the office was closed before the actual closing time and had to wait a full weekend in a hotel room with no accommodations for the inconvenience. I have requested to speak with the property manager and was unable to do so being that she never returned calls or email. Manager Ashley is EXTREMELY rude and doesn’t care about anyone situation all she knew is she was back from vacation and couldn’t give a resolution until she felt it was a need to. Literally been in a hotel because the conditions of the apartment was not livable in my eyes and still no one has reached out and said absolutely anything. I was able to get my prorated rent back that was paid at move in time but was not accommodated for anything else even though I requested a virtual tour more than 4 times and was assured the unit was fully renovated. It’s very much so GHETTO do not move here. They only have one maintenance guy who does the renovation and he should be FIRED! Please if you are looking for a nice home and want to feel safe look else where this place isn’t it!
