Kieyana was great, she exceeded my expectations, was very knowledgeable on the place and answered all my questions. She was very kind and polite to my family, people like you are hard to find. Thanks Kieyana!

Lived here for 3 years. Plus side is the maintenance crew other than that rules are not followed and a high theft area. In the last two weeks two people on my side of the apartment have waken up to their car/truck on cylinder blocks. Had at least two other people move out from my building alone because of car theft. A bunch of loud neighbors, and pool area is regularly being used past normal hours. More than 50 percent don't pick up after their dogs like the rest of us. Gate is constantly broken but even if it's not people just wait until somebody is coming out the exit and go in that way. I'm sure will get this response saying they're sorry to hear and will attach their email to hear more about it but these concerns have been for years now with no signs of any change. I send an email 2 weeks ago about littering in the building and not only has the trash stayed there I can’t even get a simple email response back. So please do not respond to this saying you would like to hear more when I can’t get a response the normal way.

I have toured over 20 properties in the Fort Worth area in the last week and Cayla, the office manager here, stands out by a mile. She is personable, kind, and patient. She genuinely wants you to find a home, not just rent an apartment. If you’re looking for nicely updated apartments in a quiet community, go see her! Cushman & Wakefield - Please know what an irreplaceable gem you have in Cayla and treat her accordingly. 🤍

I’ve lived here with my partner for about two months now, and we really love it! The community is clean, attractive, quiet, and everyone is very friendly. Management and maintenance are on top of things but still very understanding. They really treat you like a person instead of a number filling up their pockets. They are communicative, prompt, and generally pleasant to work with. Chance in the office has been so kind in our interactions and genuinely listened to concerns I’ve brought forward to him. Definitely one of the most welcoming communities I’ve lived in.

Not the best place to live if you have pets, or maybe even kids for that matter. The grounds get muddy when they turn on the sprinklers and get even worse when it rains. The front office and pool area are kept well but the rest of the complex is pretty bad. Makes it really difficult to take our dogs out. We’re having to wipe down their paws thoroughly every time we talk them. Other than the grounds, the maintenance staff is on top of their game when it comes to work orders and the office staff is really nice.
