Daniela es muy especial. Daniella amazing, she’s the new manager and you can tell the office attitude has changed! The staff look way happier, now that they’re not getting yelled at. Amazing! To see everyone smiling! I would recommend leasing there. Good to see a person of Color on the office.

I moved to Laurel Heights at Cityview about a year ago. I love the kitchen layout, the fireplace and the double access to the patio from the living room and bedroom. The office staff is always professional even the maintenance men. The outside is always clean. A very quiet community. If anyone is looking for a quiet friendly apartment community Laurel Heights At Cityview won't disappoint you.

I waited to write this review till after having lived here for about a month or so. First off I must say that the staff here is really helpful and genuinely cares for the community. This community is very friendly and neighborly. There are kids playing about. A few couples playing tennis a couple nights every week. Pet friendly is putting it mildly. I will say that some dog owners need to do a bit better on picking up their pet waste. The pools are scenic and peaceful. I wish there was more shade around the property. The interiors are older in design but very liveable. The kitchen is tight but still good for a small family. Love the huge porches everyone seemingly has here. Really the only slight drawback to this wonderful community is the very tight parking. The covers are nice but the spaces are really tight. Lastly I want to shout out Aubrey, Courtney, and Citya for all their hard work in the office. Always with a kind word and smile to brighten your day. I hope my family can live here for a few years to come.

I can’t say enough good things about living at Laurel Heights at Cityview! From day one, Courtney, Brandi, and Aubree have been amazing — they’re always kind, welcoming, and quick to help with anything. Maintenance requests are handled so fast, which makes such a difference in feeling truly cared for as a resident. It’s also a wonderful community for pet owners — very animal-friendly, and the grounds are always kept so clean and well-maintained. I really feel at home here, and that’s thanks to the incredible management team and the pride they take in making this a great place to live.

We lived here for about 6 months and it’s been the worst experience ever. The staff is rude all the time. They evicted us because we missed 1 payment by a day. We had the money they just didn’t want to accept after 1 day of being late. The manager Aubrey is rude, walks around with a stuck up her behind. They will find any and everything to get you out of the apartment. If your trash is in the floor they’ll fine you $100 for one small bag. They towed my car even though I had a sticker and parking spots are not assigned so you can park anywhere. When we first moved in things were falling apart the cabinet in the kitchen, and restroom, the master bedroom fan was broken and put numerous maintenance calls and no one ever came. On 1/2/2025 maintenance we’re throwing peoples belongings out on the 3rd floor, idk if those people were getting evicted or moved out bur the fact they felt they could throw someone’s belongings out on the 3rd floor balcony is insane and quite rude. The picture is them throwing the stuff. Really wouldn’t recommend as your first apartment or anything. The rent is high for such a rundown apartment and things falling apart. Totally not worth your time especially not your money. Avoid
