Moved here a month and a half ago and so far it's been pretty great. Love the area, management has been nice. They have a dog park, dog washing station and it's right next to the trinity trail. We like the events they host such as the friendsgiving and Christmas holiday party. Great way to get introduced to other residents.

its a mixed bag of thoughts. The people that live here are nice made great friendships out of the place. They used to have monthly events in the common area and it was great. The property manager is a complete tool cant figure out to get out a hula hoop. Moved out for work stuck my with fee's took me 8 months to pay off. If you would like more about that comment here ill gladly email you personally. This place is nice the management is complete trash. And if you look at my profile i dont write reviews often or if at all. But i can express the drama you will get from the leasing office. Maintenance people are out standing BTW!!! So take it for what you want great location great people gret maintence. HORRIBLE Property manager!! she might be worse person i have ever delt with. If she quit / Hopefully fired maybe i would change my review

I love living here! I would recommend just for the maintenance man, Joe, who always goes above and beyond and is very friendly, but the amenities are also great. They have secure lockers for packages, a mail room, a pool, weight room, and the people here are all so nice. We love to meet up with the friends we've made at the pool. It has a great sense of community. It's clean and bright and very comfortable. It has a free, secure garage that you can only get in with a fob and it is attached to the buildings, so you can drive up to your floor and you use your fob again to get into the building. Very secure.

One of the best places I've lived. The good: -very nice units, pools, facilities, amenities, etc that are well kept. -Maintenance was both responsive and skilled. Any requests I submitted would generally be fixed the following day. Emergency situations like a/c or water leaks (i only had one) would be responded to immediately. - Location is a ++, urban yet quiet and close to nature. Things that could be improved on: -transparency about crime and security. It's not like the area is high crime- but it is downtown, so I get it happens. Mine and my neighbors bikes (which were both well locked) were stolen off the bike racks in the parking garage within the first few months of living there. Those bike racks shouldn't even be there- they create a false sense of security. There was also inadequate camera surveillance. Another couple incidents included car break-ins and a drunk driver crashing into the side of the building and the fire alarm waking us up at 3am- no follow up from management. I get it- safety can never be 100% guaranteed, but a little communication goes a long way. -Rent went up every single year, leaving me with a 40% increase in the 5 years I was there. I know the market factors in here, but ultimately I know it's expensive to lose good tenants, so the consistent increases left me a little salty. All in all, I would still recommend living here!

I’ve been living at Trinity Urban District for a month , and honestly it’s been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Fort Worth, close to Sundance Square, the Trinity Trails, and all the fun spots downtown. It’s so easy to walk, bike, or just enjoy the area. The amenities are a huge plus: the pool areas are always clean, the fitness center is solid, and I really appreciate the package lockers and valet trash service. It’s also very pet-friendly — my neighbors and I love using the dog park and the walking trails nearby. Inside the apartment, everything feels modern and well-designed. The layouts make good use of space, the finishes are nice, and maintenance has been quick whenever I’ve needed them. Most importantly, there’s a real sense of community here. Between the clubhouse events, friendly neighbors, and the overall vibe, it feels more like a connected neighborhood than just an apartment building.
