Kandace is great she assisted me in the move in process. She took her time listen to all my request and was able to quickly get me through the process. The room is perfect and spacious. She took her time to show me the process of I ever have any issue. My advice to anyone go see Kandace if your moving here.

I have been very happy living at 2222 Smith Street. The administrative staff is always kind and helpful, and the maintenance technician is extremely attentive and fixes everything quickly. The community feels safe, clean, and well cared for. I truly enjoy living here and highly recommend it.

A slum. Elevator has been broken for about a month. They charge residents for the most basic amenities. Gym is subpar at best, equipment is outdated and squeaky. The updated units aren’t worth what they charge. You literally just pay for the location. It’s not worth it.

This was my first apartment in town—and easily the worst decision I’ve made. If you have a normal life that starts at 7am, do not move here. The clubs surrounding the building turn your nights into a warzone of bass, screaming, and screeching tires. You won’t sleep before 2am, and when the music stops, the chaos begins—drunk fights, car alarms, people yelling. The windows are a joke—so thin you’ll hear every breath outside. My tea literally vibrated from the bass. Management? Completely useless. They’ll smile and nod while doing absolutely nothing to help. You’ll pay nearly $2,000/month for an apartment that feels like it’s built out of cardboard. And when you finally hit your breaking point and want to leave, they’ll hit you with a massive early termination fee—like they’re punishing you for saving your sanity. The staff is kind, but kindness doesn't fix sleep deprivation or anxiety. Avoid this place unless you want to pay top dollar for a daily mental breakdown.

I have only lived here since November of 2023 but so far have been impressed by the receptive nature of the staff. They are more than available throughout the day and I’m seeing next day maintenance fixes. The building has renovated apartments and I believe they may be renovating more but am unsure. In particular Celina, the concierge, at the desk is always available for any questions or concerns you may have. The package handling in apartments as you may be well aware can be a challenge with various delivery times and access to the secure lockers but Celina always makes sure she is addressing any concerns regarding the whereabouts of packages. I would say so far so good.
