Canal Street Flats

Took a tour of this amazing property. Jaslyn showed me around and was very informative on all of the amenities and aspects of the property. She answered all of my questions and was very professional, with a really sweet personality. The property was very clean. Seemed to be a quiet community. Very pleasant. I had a very positive experience here.

Canal Street Flats are beautiful apartments. They are worth touring and leasing for sure. You would be close to stadiums, restaurants, shopping, events. The management office manager and staff is very nice, and the amenities are nice modern, there's a doggie park. I recommend checking them out. Regards

Maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and the grounds were kept clean. The location is convenient and close to everything I needed. I’ve really enjoyed living at Canal Street Flats. My apartment was a spacious 744 sq. ft. unit with stainless steel appliances and a beautiful pool view with courtyard.I loved it. I’m relocating for work, otherwise I would definitely stay, and I’ll truly miss the area and the staff. Jaylon is extremely helpful and always willing to break down your ledger or explain anything you need. He’s patient, professional, and you can tell he really enjoys his job. Winter is an amazing manager who takes care of any concerns quickly and ensures issues with the apartment or property are resolved. Overall, Canal Street Flats is a great place to live.Especially with Jaylon and the rest of the team there.Also the elevator is fixed in a timely manner never a day or days.
