Amazing place with the best office people. I usually don’t like interacting with the property managers of apartments because some of them can be really rude. But the people here are the nicest and most helpful. I love Tanya especially as she was really helpful in getting me this apartment that I’ve called home for over a year. Chard, pardon me if I don’t spell it right, is also really nice and helpful. The apartment is not without its faults but I like living here and I think you would too

I had an experience with a tenant who subleased their apartment to me that was serious enough for me to get law enforcement involved. When I made the management team aware of everything that was going on, they showed up to the apartment to help me AND gave me options to lease directly through them. I appreciate the kindness & I would recommend this apartment complex after my interaction with them.

Aside from my review: I want to clarify that the staff at Domain at Kirby are never nice and patient people. They try to be solution-oriented people but I truly believe the low quality condition of the complex is beyond their control. I regret living here and I’m so mad at myself for renewing my lease out of laziness. I renewed hoping things would change for the better but they haven’t. whoever lives above me is super loud and disruptive. I have filed noise complaints to the leasing office and nothing has been done about it. They always suggest reporting noise complaints to the after hours security guard but he’s only here certain days and he doesn’t speak English. When i tried to file a complaint with him, he had me type it out in Google Translate. In addition to that, my water pressure is low, when I tried washing my clothes on COLD, the water is piping hot (same for the water running in my kitchen sink). The paint they use in the closets are cheap “oil base” which are leaving marks on my travel bags, roaches are roaming the halls and ants are found in my condiments/seasonings cabinet. Lastly, the gym needs major renovations. It’s not a terrible place to live but it surely isn’t luxury.
