My experience was absolutely amazing ! Jaqueline made my experience and process extremely easy and was able to get me moved in before my move in date ! My unit was completely clean and cleared out . I had no issues upon moving in.I highly recommend this community to all those who are looking for an affordable, nice sized , and beautiful place to call home !

I recently moved to the experience has been great. I love the apartment. The staff is amazing, especially Jacqueline she’s been great. She’s provided me with any information that I may need and has answered my questions anytime I have any; overall the experience has been amazing.

The community is passing on many of the maintenance & upkeep costs associated with the property onto the consumer as "fees". In my opinion property maintenance costs should be covered in the monthly rent to the property. Move here if you like to give your landlord extra money for no reason

I recently toured the townhouse apartment complex, and honestly, it looks so much nicer than the reviews make it seem! Jackie was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. She was respectful and made us feel genuinely welcome, which made me and my friend even more interested in the community. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to lease due to an unexpected event, but the experience and the warmth Jackie showed definitely left a great impression.

Jackie is so sweet & patient. Due to traffic I was over 20 minutes late to the appointment time we had agreed on (6:05) & I even went to the wrong complex. Mind you all this happened after hours & she still waited for me. She's so understanding she walked me through filling out my application. I highly recommend renting with Lakebridge. She is with the new management team & she made a great first impression. She went above & beyond to accommodate me especially with my work schedule, I was hesitant on touring here due to the ratings but it was definitely better than what I expected. Don't knock it til you try it! & don't judge a book by its cover! Experience a tour yourself, before you make any judgements. The property is kept very clean & tidy. This is what I call great service! Yall need to pay her overtime & give her a raise…. She stayed over to help bring in the business extra income…she needs to be accommodated! Jackie means business!
