Had a great tour at Millennium High Street with Vanessa! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She answered all our questions and really made us feel welcome. Definitely recommend touring with her! 😊

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Rachel and her team at this community, and I can confidently say they run the property at a very high level. Rachel is professional, organized, and truly cares about both the residents and the overall condition of the property. From what I’ve seen, she’s extremely responsive, communicates well, and stays on top of even the small details to make sure things are handled the right way. Her team reflects that same attitude, which says a lot about her leadership. It’s clear this community is in good hands, and it shows in how well the property is maintained and managed day to day. Rachel does a fantastic job, and it’s been a pleasure working with her and her staff.

Millennium High Street Apartments has been a fantastic place to live. The location is unbeatable, the building is well-maintained, and the apartments are modern and comfortable—but what really sets this place apart is the office staff. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, always going out of their way to make residents feel supported and heard. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with care, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. Highly recommend Millennium High Street to anyone looking for a great community with an amazing team behind it.

My experience with the leasing office was subpar. Vanessa was dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From the start, she acted annoyed by basic questions and made no effort to be helpful or informative. If this is how the leasing office treats potential tenants, I can only imagine how current residents are handled. Vanessa’s behavior reflects very poorly on the management, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Millennium High Street was BY FAR the nicest place I have ever leased at. I lived in my unit (1 bedroom w/study) for about 2 years and can honestly say that I had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing, regularly going above and beyond at their jobs for their residents. The complex itself is luxurious, clean, and safe. I loved this place and would definitely recommend it my friends and family. I ultimately moved to be closer to my job, but If I could have taken Millennium High Street with me I totally would have!!!
