I lived here for 12-13 years. The rent was reasonable and the location was fantastic. It was well kept until the last 3-5 years. Then there was trash and animal feces found on the walk ways and several times in front of peoples front doors. The washers became really gross so I and many other residents took our laundry elsewhere to wash. The maintenance guys are very friendly and nice. The Apartment manager doesn’t keep good records of payment. I left the place cleaner than when I moved in and was initially told they would refund my deposit. I had my rent on autobill pay every month, so there should be no missed or late payments. When I moved out he claimed I owed rent and late payment fees. I had to dig out my bank statements to prove that I wasn’t late. If I was late, they should have informed me within 30 days. In the end, they still claimed they couldn’t find 200-300 of payments from more than 18 months prior (more months than available bank statements), so they refused to refund my deposit of $200 and asked to call it even. I called and emailed multiple times asking for detailed proof of their accounting and got none. Eventually, I gave up. They just didn’t want to refund my deposit. I’m just glad my deposit wasn’t higher. When my apartment flooded due to the dishwasher, they didn’t do a good job of addressing the problem so I had to stay at my friend’s place for a month due to the odors. They didn’t not refund me for the time I didn’t stay there. I mostly stayed here due to the low rent and location, but the way they refused to refund my deposit after I’ve been an excellent tenant for over a decade left a bad taste. I wouldn’t trust the apartment manager Will. He hardly calls back when you leave him a message and lies about so many things.

Contacted property management multiple times over the course of a month to ask about upcoming available units posted on their website. Phone goes straight to voicemail, which is full so you can't leave a message. Emails go unanswered. I was very interested because the location is incredible and the units looks gorgeous, but I can only imagine how bad management and maintenance are if they don't even answer phone calls and emails from prospective tenants.

Cute clean, solid buildings, clean airbnb and long term apartments. I love the landlord, she is amazing! Safe. Must love cats, no dogs. Close to Poe & Lanier middle school. Good for single mom's with kids. Limited parking spots but off street could work. Been here going on 2 years
