I recently moved into these apartments about a month ago and my experience has been great so far. The leasing agents, Syneca and Isaiah, have been extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful since day one. They made the move-in process smooth and were always available to answer any questions I had. It’s nice to feel supported by a management team that truly cares about their residents

After 9 months living at Pearl Greenway, I decided to leave this review to help future tenants decide. First, I want to sincerely thank Joanne—she was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind when I was looking for an apartment, especially after a bad experience applying online based only on photos (I was living in California). Overall, my experience here has been good. It’s one of the best places I’ve lived in terms of safety, cleanliness, and overall condition. The apartments feel fairly new, the community is usually well maintained, and management generally responds when you have a complaint or suggestion. That said, I would give five stars if maintenance weren’t so unreliable. It’s been a recurring issue, and even after multiple complaints, it’s still slow and inconsistent. Requests can take several days to be handled even for basic problems, and that affects daily life. Even so, this place has a lot of strong points: the property, the location, and the management team. This will probably be my last year here because I never fully adjusted to Texas and I’m moving back to California, but I wanted to leave an honest review so others can decide more clearly.

Syneca Kindle is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made the entire leasing process incredibly smooth and stress free. She guided me through every step of the application and approval process with great attention to detail, ensuring everything was clear and easy to understand. Thanks to her efficiency and organization, my move in was fast and seamless. Syneca was consistently communicative, providing frequent updates and always making herself available to answer my questions. Beyond her professionalism, she has such a kind and reassuring demeanor that made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent. Highly recommend working with her!

Lived here for 8 months so far and overall good experience. General hallways need some love but are under renovation currently, and front office staff could not be more helpful, especially in-office. Syneca especially has been beyond kind and helpful in multiple situations while living here, and the manager as of late has been extremely informative and communicative as well! Overall would recommend, and beyond grateful for affordable housing while going through grad school. This team is great!

I've been a resident at Pearl Greenway for nearly two months, and while some areas of the community need some fixer-upper love, the leasing staff has been the absolute highlight. Syneca Kindle in particular is an absolute gem. She was exceptionally patient and helpful during my unit transfer, effectively navigating my indecisiveness and ensuring a smooth transition. Beyond the excellent leasing staff, the community offers amenities that include a resort-style pool, fitness center, and a large business/working center. The property is centrally located with access to 5 grocery stores in a 1-2 mile radius, retail, and entertainment options!
