My wife and I recently spent 3 1/2 months renting a 2br/2ba condominium in this complex. Not being familiar with the Houston area makes picking a place difficult. We chose Riverwalk as it was close to MD Anderson, which was the main purpose of our stay. The complex was excellent for our needs. Medical facilities were less than a 10 minute drive. Residents and staff were very friendly. We found the complex to be safe and quiet, even on weekends. There are lots of speed bumps in the parking area (ample parking is first come first serve) which was effective in keeping vehicle speeds down. Old Spanish Trail is a busy road during the day but entering and exiting the complex was not an issue. Pools and exercise facility were found to be well kept and clean. The complex itself was clean, with very little litter or cigarette butts. Despite the lack of litter, there was an 'issue' with folks not picking up after their pets despite the complex having eight dog stations with baggies provided. You had to watch were you walked....even on the sidewalks. All in all, we were very satisfied with our choice of Riverwalk Condominiums.

It’s a good place. But I will not say it is a quite place. It depends on the neighbors who live upstairs due to the building materials and whether your apartment is facing the intersection of Old Spanish Trl or not.

Been here for 3 years. Great location for those in the TMC area. Quiet. Manned gate, CON: constant damage to carports from large trucks due to original design. A lot of trees, CON: uneven walking paths, a lot of puddles when rain, which make it unwalkable for some areas. Some pet owner may not pick up after their pet. Has a gym, CON: outdated and small. 3 pools. Buildings stand out from other complex, CON: utilized inferior construction materials/design, grout between bricks are shrinking causing holes for rain water and insects. Due to construction and design, will have higher if not highest maintenance costs that other condos in the areas.
