The Flats at West Alabama

I have lived here for 3years and 4months and may co stay another year since my house had build delays, so I wanted to write a review. Living environment: 9/10 quiet good apartment with neighbors that I barely saw once a year. I’m hyper aware to some types of noise because I was in wars and stuff. My apt was in a corner facing inwards, on the top floor. Only gets loud a few times during holiday pool parties I don’t even remember. Perfect. Gym: Negative zero out of 10. Tiny fitness center for retirement homes. It should’ve been 3X larger since this property shows 304 units. absolute rubbish. Management: 9.5 out 10. They actually care about this property and are on top of everything. Outstanding team. Maintenance: ranges from 2 to 8, depends on whom is fixing the issue. Previous person was clueless but the recent guy found the major mechanical noise in a single day. Turned out to be someone’s off balance ceiling fan hitting my floor non stop throughout the night. I slept with earplugs for years!! (but the minor random hot water pipes in wall popping sound still exists). Cleanliness: 9 out of 10 maintained very well at all times. Amenities: N/A because I didn’t use any of that, only my apartment and parking garage were used. Summary: highly recommended. The best apartment I’ve lived among different ones in different cities. perfect for working professionals.

I’ve been living at The Flats at West Alabama for 1 year and have had a really positive experience. The facilities are well-maintained and the amenities work well. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. The staff here genuinely care about the residents and it shows. Safety has never been an issue—I feel secure here, which is important to me. Overall, it’s a solid apartment complex with good people running it. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to live.

Recently moved in and no complaints yet. The Leasing Team has been so kind, Flo was very helpful throughout my move-in process. Ceaser from Maintenance has been so helpful and efficient in completly my work orders. And my neighbors seem to be very nice. So happy I decided to move here!

I’ve lived at The Flats at West Alabama for just over 4 years now, and I’m currently in my 3rd unit within the complex— they can’t get rid of me ;) The location is amazing, I’ve always felt very safe, the space is kept clean, and I’ve never had any issues with noise from neighbors or the surrounding area. But above all, the management team is truly the best. Flo has such great energy and is always so positive, and I cannot say enough good things about Nelly. She’s incredibly accommodating, easy to talk to, and always eager to help me find a solution to whatever I need. I genuinely love living here and will probably stay until I buy a house! I’ve loved it so much that I’ve even started convincing my friends to move in too.
