We just moved in. I like the space and the apartment itself but the parking is horrible. They informed me you can’t rent a spot either the ones with the numbers. And on top of that our garage never seems to work. Third time it hasn’t worked. I wish I would have knew these things before hand I would have made sure to get a garage that was connected and worked where we could park closer. They need to add a parking lot of some sort. Seriously. Staff is nice. Haven’t had problems inside the unit so far.

I lived here for a year and I loved it. My apartment had a beautiful view of the forest. Lots of wild life and nature around the property. Great fishing and really nice pools. Maintenance was timely, the front office was professional, helpful, and friendly. Never had any problems with bugs.

Id like to take the time to give a huge thank you to Griselda. She’s always ready to help with a warm and pleasant sense. She’s patient and listens carefully to each concern and always finds solutions to help. Thanks a million, Griselda for spending your valuable time to listen to my concerns.

A family member’s dog was attacked on the property while on a leash. She required emergency surgery. This dog is known by neighbors and other residents as very friendly and non-aggressive, having never shown any aggression toward the all dogs she interacts with on site. She was viciously attacked unprovoked by another resident’s pit bull that escaped from its owner without warning. She was simply defending herself. A police report was filed, animal control investigated the pit bull’s owner, and a witness that saw the entire event from start to finish confirmed she was not the aggressor. Despite this documentation, Greystar issued a 24-hour removal notice citing her as a danger. When a leashed, friendly dog is attacked unprovoked and defends herself, and the documented evidence supports the owner, this is how Greystar responds. We would not recommend this property to any pet owner.
