Branchwater is a really nice place to live! Apartments are super cute, friendly office. Maintenance is always out and about working and keeping the yard work look nice and pretty. They’re quick on any requests. The pool is nice during the summer, and a little dog park as well. Highly recommended!! Been here going on 2 years!

We've been living here for 7 years now and are still content. Maintenance is great at getting things taken care of in a timely manner. We have a well maintained pool which is super important for us, especially with no city pools. The landscaping in the courtyards is gorgeous. It's right off the loop so it's easy to get anywhere. The elementary school in our district is rated very well and less than a mile away!

I’ve been here since Late April this year and everybody here is so nice even the office people the neighborhood is so welcoming. I feel safe here. I would have given up on looking for a place to live and work for an old friend of mine telling me about this place. I love it here

The management and maintenance staff are top notch and do their very best to address our concerns. I have never encountered any problems there. Having resided in both the 1BR and 2BR apartments, I can say that they are both on the small side, yet still a good size for two people. The rent is reasonable for apartments of this square footage, but where these apartments really stand out is with their pet policy. The fenced dog park is nice, but it can sometimes be crowded and annoying when irresponsible dog owners don't pick up their dogs' waste. Overall the pet deposit and lease rules are great, and I can safely say Branchwater Apartments make apartment life easier for dog owners. The complex offers on-site laundry facilities, but I find that they can be hit-or-miss. At the best of times it would seem half the dryers work correctly, but the washing machines usually do their job. On the upside, it is reasonably priced. I will end by saying that this property has great access to grocery stores as well as various eateries, and with quick access to the loop, getting anywhere is hassle-free. If you're looking for a laid-back and quiet renting experience you would do well to choose Branchwater.
