My experience living here since August has been extremely stressful and unacceptable. From the very beginning, management placed me in a unit that should never have been rented out there were serious maintenance and sanitation issues, including a broken window, flooding, and unsanitary conditions. I had to fight just to be moved into a livable unit that should have been mine from the start. The most serious issue happened later when my apartment was entered for an inspection while I was not home and without proper notice. No email, no door notice beforehand, no portal message. Photos were taken inside my apartment without my consent. As a tenant and a parent this made me feel violated and unsafe in my own home. When I raised concerns and provided evidence, including screenshots and witness statements from neighbors who also did not receive notice, management stopped communicating, ignored emails and phone calls for days, and then suddenly escalated the situation to attorneys instead of taking accountability or even providing proof that notice was given. Despite refusing to address my concerns or provide documentation, management had no issue leaving rent notices on my door. I’ve paid my rent on time every month. The lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for tenant rights has been shocking. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. If you move here, document everything, know your tenant rights, and be prepared to advocate for yourself because management will not.

Heather Rodriguez worked with us and she’s absolutely amazing. She took the time to listen to me and our situation and was able to get us into an apartment quickly! The community is beautiful and the apartments are very spacious! Very thankful we were able to get into these and call them home! Get into contact with Heather and you won’t regret it!
