I had a tour this Wensday 25 at 10:30am. I have an email confirmation. When i got to the place the office was closed, but i did saw someone on the computer. Thanks for waisting my time and never showing for the tour, awful place and service. Would not recommemd to anyone.

If I could give a zero star I would. Mary is very rude and unprofessional. I tried to speak with her and make an arrangement to pay my rent. She stated it’s not her job to help nor talk about it. And Rudely rushed me out of her office because she “had other things to do” I asked for a regional managers number and was refused. Everyone else in the office has always been super helpful and respectful. I also have the whole conversation recorded with Mary from start to end.

I have lived at Indiana Village almost two years in February. I have loved it here in my own apartment. They are up to date and very nice. The staff are always here to help with what ever I need. Maintenance is prompt and helps also in anyway they can. I think the location is nice and quiet. No problems.

I lived here for about 6 years. Everything was good, but I honestly can’t give it 5 stars due to the apartments being located in a sketchy area. The area around the apartments became more dangerous as the years went by. I’ve woken up to gun shots a few times, watched cars get their windows bashed in, seen apartment units with their windows smashed open, and etc. I don’t believe it is management’s fault that the area is dangerous though. Not much can be done about that in my opinion. Lubbock has gotten more dangerous in general over the years. Maybe hire some security guards? Just be careful if you decide to live here. Management treated me fairly well, and everything was very affordable.

So one thing for sure with Indiana village they will not work with you on payments , they add fees to your rent and don’t tell you .They never helped us on getting with flex because flex couldn’t find the apartment we were living in. Me and my husband did a Christmas deal last year and they never put that into their computer system so we had to pay the original rent price an they didn’t want to fix that . Overall it was a very depressing experience with them , I’d hope they understand that as fist time parents to premature twins they would help us out but obviously money was the more important factor um definitely was rushing us . My husband is currently the only one working so it was difficult these last 3 months especially with the kind of job he has . Also the late fees are ridiculous! How could we ever catch up with the payments when they keep going up 10$ everyday ! ( that’s what’s was getting us also ) I pray they make changes for future struggling parents .
