Lived here for eight years overall yes 8 YEARS beautiful property kept clean and tidy mostly maintenance was always fast no bug problem always had my privacy never had to give or receive a noise complaint! Now… lol the management staff is not welcoming or friendly! Every time I went downstairs for anything, they just stare at you like you’re an inconvenience! This was everyone every time except the concierge, redhead Maddie, and the bubbly really happy blonde (can’t think of her name but she’s the only one that smiles) my new husband, and I asked about a bigger place. They gave us The runaround wasn’t helpful no incentives. Let someone apply and get the last townhouse right from under us. My husband wasn’t having it so we left ! Smh moved down the street. Did not want to leave!! And yes, I have seen them respond , communicate and react differently with ppl of color!

Love maintenance team. Out of everyone here, only Madi and the manager are genuinely nice. Beth has a bad attitude and gets annoyed when she has to get up and get your packages. I just moved in and I did not get a whole tour of this place. Didn’t know where the gym was and I didn’t know we had a coffee machine in the break room. Didn’t know we had a putting green. They didn’t tell me any of these amenities on my tour.

I have been living here for seven months now and had a great experience. The layout of the unit felt very spacious for the price, and the appliances are modern and reliable. Additionally, the staff at the leasing office is helpful too. Location: Perfect for commuting, and having [Store/Park/Restaurant] within walking distance was a huge plus. Safety: I felt secure walking from the parking lot to my unit at night. Amenities: The pool area and package locker system were life-savers. Overall, it’s a well-managed building with a great community

We’re just moving into The Bridge at Heritage Creekside, and so far the experience has been amazing. The community is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming — it already feels like home. A huge part of that is thanks to Stephanie. She was honestly the best throughout the whole process. Her communication was clear, quick, and consistent from start to finish. She answered every question patiently, explained everything in detail, and made sure we felt comfortable at every step. We truly felt respected and well taken care of, which made a big difference during such an important move. Stephanie made the entire process smooth and stress-free and helped us feel confident about our decision. We really appreciate all her support and professionalism. Excited to start this new chapter here!

Management you need to consider this!! The people at the leasing office (Stephanie and Beth) are very very rude. They cant even tell people what apartments are available, whats the price. They are super rude. They dont answer people's questions properly, they always hang up on face. I also asked, if I can see the gym. They just told me to see online. No point of coming. People are not interested to talk to residents or future residents. So, please change the people at the front desk to someone who is polite not someone who is fancy and rude. Even though I liked this apartment so much, I went to a different apartment just because of these front desk ladies. Please consider this. Your apartment is good but not people at front desk. I find people at other apartments so welcoming.
