Helix Hall (RHH)

She was so nice. I got what I needed for a great price.

One of the traditional style residence halls on the Richardson, Texas University of Texas Dallas campus. Functional, well designed and nicely maintained. Across from it are the apartment style residence halls.

Clean beautiful university territory.There is good restaurant for students and their dormitory.

I dislike

Nice dorms, close to cafeteria and walkable to classes.

This is our youngest son's first year at UTD. The dorms are clean and surprisingly roomy given how small they are. We love the fact that each student has a private bedroom. They share a common area, bathroom, shower and they each have they're own bathroom sink. It's private (you have to have a Comet Card) to gain entrance. That makes us feel a lot better about letting our youngest fly the nest.

The rooms are nice and the furniture is pretty good but the walls and ceilings are thin and the hallway and stairwells can get a little smelly.

Would really help to put a SIGN on the building AND give the building a name with personality 🤔

I lived here my freshman year. It was a great experience:close to dining hall, nice students and staff, clean, lots of onsite events and lively atmosphere.
