The office staff is always prompt to respond, the maintenance team has always responded quickly and can repair ANYTHING, with great skill and efficiency. The lawn care people are like ninjas! They arrive at the same time every week, and the lawns are emasculate. They even blow off the porches so they don't leave debris behind. They are all friendly and polite. The trees are kept trimmed and it is a wonderful community to drive home to every day. Feels like a family neighborhood, instead of a run if the mill apartment complex

I used to live here and I was very satisfied with my experience. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. The management team is polite and professional, and maintenance requests were handled fast every time. It was a very comfortable place to call home.

Great neighborhood, correspondence and maintenance request or response is very difficult though. Just resigned a 3rd lease. Throughout the tenure here maintenance request have been forgotten to be put in via initial phone calls. Follow up via email has taken up to 2 months to complete or finally get someone sent out.

It’s been a month since I moved in, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. From the very beginning, Alberta and Sindy have been incredibly helpful—guiding me through the entire process from securing a unit to settling in. Even when I encountered a few issues with the water, stove, and bathtub, they were quick to respond and made sure everything was taken care of. Their communication has been consistent and prompt, especially through email, which made things so much easier. Bre and Rose have also been wonderfully friendly and helpful whenever I’ve interacted with them. I’ve also had a great experience with the maintenance team—Alex and Brian were both polite, respectful, and efficient when helping out. It’s clear that the team takes pride in the property. The common areas are always clean, and the fitness center is well maintained, which I really appreciate. All in all, it’s been a smooth and positive experience so far. I’ll be sure to post an updated review once my lease is up, but for now, I’m genuinely happy to call this place home.

I'm giving this review after living here for about 9 months. This place is a hidden gem. I was looking for a spacious apartment with a reasonable price and an easy access to UTD bus stop. This place has all of that and more! Lots of trees and walking trails, and you get your own closed garage that's connected to your apartment. I went to every apartments community on runner rd, not only this is the prettiest, most spacious one, it also has the most reasonable price of all of them. There are two UTD bus stops outside each of the two gates. The management team here is so nice. They do their best to help make you comfortable. I'm seriously thinking of renewing my lease! :)
