Moving into the District has been one of the best decisions ive made. I cannot stress enough how wonderful of an experience this has been, especially it being my first apartment ever. From the beginning Ms Brandi and Ms Lisa were ontop of everything, they were so helpful, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond for me. And even still months later, they never hesitate to answer any questions or explain anything to me. They dont just work here, they care about the place and everyone who moves in. I was super nervous at first to move in, being on my own and all, and they were there every step of the way to help out, they even found a room that best suited me, it was important i had good natural lighting, a nice view, and somewhere where i felt safe (not just some dark corner looking at a parking lot) My apartment was practically perfect when i moved in and anything that needed to be done was no problem for maintenance at all, (which by the way they are so friendly and prompt). I chose a studio apartment (which is actually quite large) and i was really able to make it my own for me and my cat. Its my happy space and im so lucky, especially with the price! Cant beat it, and i dont picture myself wanting to leave after my lease, in fact if i can id just upgrade to a larger space if i can, otherwise, i love this. Its nice here. My neighbors are nice, its pretty quiet other than sometimes the kids in the pool or gazebo but i like that, its just over all very much a home-y place. Also! Theres so many good options near by, and wegmans is literally right there for some sushi and wine lol! I couldnt ask for more!!!

I’m about to hit my one month of residency and I love it. This is my first time renting an apartment so I was more than nervous. However, the management staff was more than happy to assist me during the process. For a smaller and newer community, I love that they build relationships with each resident. They are very proactive with news, updates and information regarding the area. The amenities, space and facilities are clean and accessible. I would recommend any first time renters, single people or anyone who wants a fresh start to come check out our community. It’ll be worth your while.

Living at The District of NH has been great. The team is friendly, the property’s well-maintained, and the amenities are reliable. The location couldn’t be more convenient. I’ve felt comfortable the entire time I’ve lived here, and maintenance has always been dependable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to call home.

I’ve lived here since July and have been really impressed! Move-in was seamless, and the team was great with communication throughout the entire process and they’ve continued to be since. I had one maintenance issue with my fridge that was resolved quickly and professionally. You can tell management genuinely cares; they’ve been working hard to update the apartments and improve the community overall. The resident events are a really nice touch and help make it feel like home. I’m very happy living here!

This week I stayed at an Airbnb here while helping my nephew move over at NC State. I truly enjoyed the space and the property. I ended up having a few questions about the area and was unable to reach my host and I spoke with the assistant property manager I believe her name was Lisa and she helped me find some great restaurants and nearby stores. Even the property manager Brandi greeted us so nicely and offered us snacks just for stopping by. We enjoyed the pool, the spa was closed for repairs but we didn’t mind. I just wanted them to be recognized for how nice they are. I will be recommending this property to my nephew once he moves out of the dorms next year! Thanks ladies I’m sure I’ll be back again soon!
