The James at Canyon Creek Apartments

I recently visited The James at Canyon Creek. The tour was great! From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, welcoming, and very informative. They took the time to answer all my questions throughout the visit. I toured the model apt and I was impressed. The property itself is also very beautiful and well maintained, which made the overall experience even better. I would absolutely recommend The James at Canyon Creek to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Recently toured at The James looking for a new place and I’ve got to say it’s the nicest and most well kept complex I’ve ever seen. The staff was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns and treated me very kindly. While on the tour I also met one of the Maintenance Supervisors Charley and he was awesome and informative, it looks like the maintenance team over there does a great job and you can see it. I definitely plan on making this my new home and highly recommend this to others looking.

I just want to say, now that I've discovered this property while searching for my new place, The James at canyon creek is excellent! The apartments are beautiful, the location is good and accessible, the property is clean and well-maintained, the management team's office is lovely and has a very pleasant atmosphere, they are very polite and friendly, and they welcome their tenants with care. And the maintenance team is also very active, presentable, and polite. I'm very satisfied with my visit; it's definitely an excellent option.

I recently toured this apartment complex as a walk-in just to take a look, and the experience was great from start to finish. Robin was the agent who helped us, and she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, she took the time to show us around the property, walked us through the application process, and answered all of our questions quickly. She also responded to emails promptly and would regularly check up on us, which I truly appreciated. I honestly loved the look of the units; they’re truly a step up from nearby apartment complexes. The amenities are very nice as well and really add to the overall appeal. Looking forward to hopefully moving in soon!
