DO NOT move here they have rats , mold and German roaches....and they will try t9 evict over a 400 dollar balance. You can live is mold and roaches but if your sink breaks, and it's constantly running water are your ac unit leaks into the apartment it takes months for them to do something. But they expect you to keep paying and the rent has gone up irs 859 so after the utility it spuld9 only be 1100 nope ends up being close to 1300 cause the water is shared. Homeless people constantly messing up the laundry rooms and they don't do anything about it. Like, when you go to do your laundry and somebody's puked in one of em, and defecated, I don't think that's okay and one hundred percent unsanitary. Not to mention the amount of issues zizi's departments have from the get go floors, aren't brand new painted over mold, no dishwasher outdated kitchens. Just save urself the trouble. 0 stars

Yes the office lady is helpful when you move in but that’s about it! The water is ridiculous here, always off and hot water is rarely available. I have to leave water running for it to get warm! Which is not a great way to wash dishes and or showers! The pool is unattended all weekend so it gets loud and trashed every weekend! The cleanliness is a disappointment! Also running my water to get warm adds up on my water bill!! And when I have work orders they are done with bare minimum of care! They left my bathtub disgusting when we had a leak from upstairs apartment. I got an apology but tub still has stains!! I would not recommend this place unless you just need a place to live cause you have no where else to go!

I never have any hot water. Doesn’t matter the time of day.. I’ve tried all hours and the water is luke warm at best. Have done several work orders and they just mark them as complete. Plus it takes 10-15 mins for it to get to luke warm. Maybe if my hot water tank wasn’t 50 ft away this wouldn’t be a problem or if I wasn’t sharing a hot water tank with God knows who it wouldn’t be an issue. Idk about yall but kinda need hot water to bathe and clean and boiling a pot of water is gettin old. Real Old.

Ms Jackie is amazing, very nice explaining everything. She even helped me get my paperwork together. My apartment is really nice, it was newly remodeled so I’m the first to move in it. I’m nary happy with her 💪🏿

We're without hot running water AGAIN! Today at or about 3pm, the main hot water line busted in Apt# 124 and sprewed water uncontrollably within that apt. Having no way to contact the management for such an emergency we were forced to shut off the water for the entire building. I hope that it doesn't take 42 days to repair the damage pipe line like it did the last time we were without hot running water (3 Dec 2022 - 12 Jan 2022) You know I really enjoy living here at Sol Apts., mostly because my neighbors, and to be honest that's the main reason I stayed here. As for the management, it was the worse place I've ever lived at! When it comes to collecting the rent, they're on it, but when you have a maintenance issue, they have a completely different attitude. I went a whole year without a current lease and I refuse to renew it until they fixed the leaks; about 8-10 depending on how hard it rains. The management knew about these leaks: which is well documented with photos, statements, sample of the toxic waste water that would flood out my living room, which cause damage to my personal belongings to say the least. They didn't start to fix them until after I had moved. I lived in that apt#227 for over a year with this problem and every property manager did nothing to address this matter. I even requested to be moved to another apt, but was denied. Another issue I had with the management was their billing. I was never issued a credit for the amounts I was over charged, but the one thing I hate most, was being lied to with broken promises.
