When I moved here on January 31st everything was pleasant and seamless. A few months go by and the front office staff got replaced by all new people. Felicia has single handedly ruined this complex. On may 9th ( a Saturday) some contractors were fixing the vacant unit above me and they ruptured a sprinkler line, which resulted in my apartment flooding and the living room ceiling collapsing on my wife and I. Emergency maintenance got there and did what they could. (Which wasn’t much) they did give me a spare unit next door but it was way smaller than my current unit and didn’t fit ANY OF MY STUFF. So I stayed in my what should’ve been condemned unit, using only the bathroom and my room. And cooking in the other unit. Well at 2 am Sunday morning (Mother’s Day) we heard a loud bang and went to check it out. Another large chunk of the ceiling had come down and landed on my kitchen counter. My wife and I were cleaning it up and while she was doing dishes, ANOTHER LARGE PIECE of Sheetrock came down and struck her AGAIN. I left 3 angry voice mails and FINALLY Felicia called me saying we would be taken care of Monday morning. That did not happen. I went in the office every day at 9 am to see what their game plan was as they were not getting ahold of me. Felicia would tell me she’d call me at a certain time and after that time came around and she didn’t call, I’d go down there and ask what the deal was. Felicia got so annoyed with me that she decided to terminate my lease. And left me potentially homeless. She was throwing her hands in my face and making a scene, she called all office staff into her office because she said she felt “threatened” every time I went in there. I was so appalled. Felicia has not been cooperative with my renters insurance as they’ve reached out to her multiple times via phone call and email. It’s been weeks and my renters insurance is still waiting to get a hold of the front office. I have damages and now I’m financially stumped with everything coming out my pocket to get things right again. Only positive thing I can say about this place is maintenance is decent.

Apartments are not well maintained. Over living here for two years our water heater and shower broke about 10 times leaving us stranded with no hot water or shower to use, and with no emergency maintenance, we simply had to borrow a friends. the shower tiles were also shoddily painted over, and peeled any time we tried to clean or even just use the shower. We had an ant infestation that was temporarily sprayed and just kept coming back. This place is in a nice, quiet area, but my god is everything else about it is so inconvenient.

Been here for 6 months and it has been great, haven’t had many issues and when I do they are on it quickly. I’d say it’s a great place to live.

I love the maintenance team, Ishmael has solved everything in such a fast time, I’m very grateful. I love how much room I have and how safe it feels. I really enjoy living here.
