Broadstone Colonnade

Thanks to Elizabeth, this complex is our new home. Attentive, incredibly kind, and very responsible in her work. She made me feel at home from the moment I arrived to ask for information. I'm delighted with the way the office treats the residents. Excellent place to live.

My Goodness. Amanda was amazing. She was excited and proud of the complex and unit. She was a temp and I only wish she was permanent because of her I would now have this as my new home. People really don’t understand when interaction with someone is very important my interaction with Amanda and the way she made that customer connection is what helped me make my decision over another complex that was more convenient location that is right across the street from my job. I know if I ever need anything my whole living here I hope they have Amanda as permanent leasing agent because she will make sure it’s taken care of.

Beautiful complex. The new management is awesome! Great prices, friendly staff, quick and efficient maintenance! A place to stay for a long time! I highly recommend considering this property for your next move, great move in specials!

Just renewed for another year. I can definitely see some positive changes since new management took over and I am so glad that the property manager stayed with the new company. She is SOOO helpful and definitely addresses trident concerns. Such an amazing place to live.
