I’ve been living here for about 2 years now and it’s decent. What’s a killer is the damn fire alarm going off randomly a couple times EVERY MONTH!! And it takes them an hour or more to shut it down. Also, management does not turn off the stupid music that plays outside the pool every morning/afternoon. I live in the fourth floor and can hear the music all the way up in my room. It’s ridiculous. Countless people have complained and they choose to do nothing about it.

I recently toured with Nancy the AM, and I have to start by saying her customer service is truly exceptional. From the moment we began, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of the community. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in what she does, and it makes the entire experience feel effortless. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Everything is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and presented in a way that almost feels unreal—in the best way. At one point, I genuinely felt like I was walking through a commercial because of how pristine and well put together everything was. Overall, this was such an impressive tour from start to finish. Between the level of service and the quality of the community, I would highly recommend Rogers Ranch to anyone looking for something that truly stands out.
