Jacob has helped me with a variety of maintenance issues for the last two years. Sometimes during maintenance requests parts need to be ordered. He provides updates on orders and shares any unusual issues. He is not only a professional but brings joy with service requests. So grateful for his presence in our community!

I love the apartment, dislike the fact there is constant dog poop EVERYWHERE even though they have poop bag stations everywhere that are always stocked with poop bags. I think some people that live here are careless when it comes to picking up after their pets and it rlly shows when you walk around and all you see and smell is dog poop! Other than that the management is great and the maintanence is timely! they always keep us updated with emails about whats going on. As someone who is living in an apartment for the first time my experience is really good so far.

Went to visit my friend, and the property is beautiful. Close enough to 1604 and i10 but still nestled away in the untouched areas of San Antonio. Met the property manager, Nina, while getting a cup of hot chocolate at the clubhouse and she was a sweetheart. She even helped me in wrapping some gifts in the gift wrapping area they have set up for the holidays.

I’ve lived here for a few years now and used to love this place. I’ve always had issues in the apartments as I have lived in the 1,2,and 3 bedroom layouts but maintenance has always done their best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. However, since living in my 1 bedroom I had had issues with the water in the tub. I have been reporting a black water coming out of my shower since July 31st and it has not been resolved. I asked to please be able to move out as I pay a lot to live here and have had these issues with the shower which is clearly a health issue and was told I had to follow proper protocol to break the lease (I even provided proof as I had the first instance on video). I said I was willing to pay the fee but didn’t think I should be required to give a 2 month notice and was denied. They do have a professional plumber coming to “fix” the issue in a few days but it’s been literal months and I don’t think I should have to sit around and hope that this time it gets fixed properly. I definitely feel like I’ve given more than enough time for the issue to be fixed. I understand this isn’t maintenance fault, as they are doing their best to fix it. Derek and Jacob are amazing, and always have been super helpful. I do think management could be more considerate and show more empathy to there tenants. Also, I was told that an inspection was done by the maintenance director but had someone home all day and no one even came by and attempted to make entry! Definitely take this into consideration before signing a lease.

My family loves living here! By far the best apartment complex we have lived at. At the front desk we have always been helped by Harmony who is always helpful and friendly to speak with. In the rare occasions when we have had maintenance issues Derek and Jacob have been so helpful. They are quick to resolve issues and when our AC was giving us problems they even offered short term solutions while waiting on the bigger issues to be handled, which was still very quick. I hardly noticed the issue once they were involved and kept our home comfortable for us and our young kids. They have a great team here at Marquis which is so important for comfortable living.
