I have been living here for several months and I am very pleased living at Oxly at the Merc. I love the location as there are several stores including HEB, Walmart, Costco, as well as La Cantera, that are conveniently close by. My apartment is roomy, well-appointed, and comfortable. I appreciate the security gates for safety and the trash pickup is a great service. Anytime I have had an issue their staff response is swift and helpful. I have had the pleasure of dealing with several members of the staff, from the manager to their maintenance staff and all have been cordial and accommodating. They are always finding ways to improve the property and the mixers they host are a nice touch not to mention the food trucks that come by every week. If you’re on the fence about a place to live at, I highly suggest the Oxly.

Living here this past year has been wonderful. Everything about Oxly is great. The front office has always been amazing with any questions or concerns.

I just moved to this apartment not long ago. I was pretty impressed by the move-in process despite not being able to see the unit in person before lease signing due to COVID19. Miranda has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The apartment is as described.

They don’t care! This place has had a break in issue for a while now. Multiple people and sometimes the same people get hit within a month . The office won’t do anything about it no security no cameras nothing to insure you or your property’s safety. Pretty much if you don’t wanna pay 120 for a garage deal with it. They have even sent out emails saying they have a problem and have do nothing about it. It’s like someone’s in on it because I’ve never lived in an apartment who had so many cars broken into and it’s like a pattern. Don’t move here save your stuff and your wallet.

Absolutely hands down the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The only difference between them and an under a bridge is the fact that they have AC. 1/2 of the tenants have dogs and nobody cleans up the poop. There is literally dog pee and poop everywhere. And you can smell it. The cheapest finish out in the units possible. You’re going to love the toilet. It’s not uncommon to see broken auto glass laying in the parking lot since cars get broken into regularly. My truck was broken into twice in the last couple of months. Neighbors dog pissed on my door too. They don’t care. Don’t waste your time reporting anything. “It’s not their responsibility. One more thing. Don’t try to mail anything out. They use the outgoing mail as trash bin so it won’t be picked up. Stay as far away from this place as you can get if you have any other option.
